Key Responsibilities:

Child Development:

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development. Monitor and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.

Safety and Supervision:

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Communication:

Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.

Behavior Management:

Implement positive behavior management strategies. Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere among children.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. We offer weekly direct deposit payroll, paid vacations as well as other incentives, perks & ANNUAL BONUS! 1 YEAR
