Your expertise in curriculum development, child development instruction, and classroom management will be essential in creating engaging lessons that support each child's growth. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will collaborate with families and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for every child.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST A BACHELORS DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR EDUCATION

Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that ga pre-K GELDS . Lead daily classroom activities that promote active learning, curiosity, and positive behavior management strategies. Utilize classroom management techniques to create a safe, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through regular updates and conferences. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners with varying needs. Experience Proven teaching experience with young children in preschool or toddler care settings. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing child development instruction. Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable. Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies tailored for early learners Prior experience communicating effectively with parents and working collaboratively within a team environment is preferred.
