Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Monitor and support children's behavioral development through effective behavior management strategies. Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment; administer first aid when necessary. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, needs, and any concerns. Incorporate inclusive practices to support children with disabilities or special educational needs. Manage classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor activities with professionalism and care. Use classroom management techniques to promote respectful interactions among children and staff. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental assessments, and incident reports. Support children's physical health by adhering to childcare health protocols and hygiene standards. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment. Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children through nannying or babysitting roles is highly valued. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and positively. Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages.
