Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead ToddlerTeacher (1 year old class) to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our young learners. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
• Assess children's development and progress through observation and documentation
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in the classroom
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Strong classroom management skill
