Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with curriculum development techniques across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and tutoring strategies. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is a plus. Ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a nurturing environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; relevant training in behavior management or childhood development is advantageous.
