Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire a love of learning while ensuring each child's safety and well-being. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through innovative teaching methods and compassionate care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth in line with early childhood education standards. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management strategies, and classroom experience best practices. Support children's development through tailored activities focused on childhood development milestones, behavior management techniques, and special education needs. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging cooperative play among children. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress, share insights on child welfare, and coordinate early intervention strategies when necessary. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to track developmental progress and inform instructional adjustments. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming daycare or preschool environment that adheres to all safety regulations and promotes child welfare. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with curriculum development techniques across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and tutoring strategies. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is a plus. Ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a nurturing environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; relevant training in behavior management or childhood development is advantageous. Join us to help shape young minds in a dynamic setting where your dedication makes a difference! We are committed to providing an inclusive environment that supports professional growth while ensuring every child receives the highest quality care and education.
