Why you'll love working here Salary in line with market rates Paid time off Staff referral bonus A brand-new building, classrooms and materials Room to grow into lead and leadership roles We're hiring for 12 positions Academy Director (1) Lead, coach and develop our whole team and build a positive, high-performing culture Drive strategic and day-to-day planning: staffing, enrollment, budget and quality goals Ensure Georgia DECAL compliance, health and safety, and curriculum excellence Grow enrollment through tours, family relationships and community partnerships Requires a Bachelor's in ECE or a related field, 3+ years of child care leadership, and a Georgia Director's Credential (or within 6 months of hire) Assistant Director (1) Partner with the Director to run daily operations, ratios and classroom coverage Give tours, welcome new families and handle day-to-day parent communication Keep child and staff files, safety checks and drill records organized and compliant Requires 2+ years of child care experience, including lead teacher or supervisory experience Infant Teachers (2) Give nurturing, responsive care to babies from 6 weeks to 12 months Handle feeding, diapering, safe sleep and tummy time, with plenty of songs and stories Share daily updates with families through the Tadpoles app Toddler Teachers (2) Lead play-based learning through music, movement and language Support self-help skills, potty readiness and positive guidance Two-Year-Old Teachers (2) Bring our Life Essentials® curriculum to life with daily lesson plans Build vocabulary, independence and friendships, including potty training Three/Pre-K Teachers (2) Plan and teach engaging lessons in literacy, math, science and social skills Track each child's progress and get 3s and 4s ready for kindergarten Floater (1) Work with every age group, covering breaks, lunches and absences Help at arrival, dismissal and transitions to keep the day running smoothly Cook (1) Prepare healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks in our brand-new kitchen Follow CACFP meal patterns and allergy plans, and keep the kitchen inspection-ready What we're looking for A genuine love for children and a team-first attitude 18 or older (21+ for Director) with a high school diploma or

GED Teachers:

CDA, TCC or ECE degree preferred, plus experience with your age group

Cook:

ServSafe or food handler certification preferred Able to pass a Georgia fingerprint background check CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to get certified — we'll help Ready to join us?
