Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Cumming learning center. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture each child's curiosity and growth. You'll maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, guide social-emotional development, and build strong partnerships with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll participate in ongoing training and have opportunities for career advancement while making a meaningful impact on children's early learning journeys. Responsibilities Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Maintain classroom cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide programs and events. Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and reporting requirements.
