$25-$30/hr About the Role ExecuSource is seeking an experienced Pediatric Phone Triage Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable pediatric office. This role is primarily phone triage, requiring strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to deliver compassionate, efficient support to patients and their families. While the majority of your work will be phone-based triage, you will also be expected to assist in the clinic as needed. This position is a great fit for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at providing clear guidance over the phone. Key Responsibilities Conduct phone triage for pediatric patients and families, providing safe and accurate clinical guidance. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, compassionate phone presence. Document all patient interactions and care instructions in the EMR system. Coordinate care and communicate effectively with providers, staff, and families. Assist in the clinic as needed to support patient care. Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards. What We're Looking For Current LPN license. Previous experience in pediatrics required. Strong communication and listening skills with excellent phone presence. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with EMRs and comfort with technology. Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused. Ideal Candidate Traits Compassionate and empathetic communicator, able to reassure families under stress. Confident clinical judgment and ability to provide safe, accurate triage. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
