Job Description
We are one of the fastest growing providers of high-quality child care and early education. Our enrollment is increasing post pandemic and we are looking to expand our team. We are hiring for kind, fun loving, creative, flexible and reliable people. Currently, we are hiring for After School teachers. Ability to drive a 14 passenger van is a plus (must be 21 or older)!
Summer Camp :
8am-5pm/9:30am-6:30pm until school starts on 8/5/26After School :
Part Time -- 2:30 pm-6:30 pm starting on 8/5/26 The teacher is responsible for all aspects of care and education for the children enrolled in his/her class. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: lesson plans, age appropriate activities, implementing Quality Rated rules and regulations, physical caregiver, developmental assessments, following an age appropriate curricular plan, maintaining a clean, safe, and structured classroom environment.Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to relate positively with children, parents, and co-workers.
- Maintain a professional attitude and work behavior.
- Previous teaching or assistant teaching with quality preschool or child care center is preferred.
- CDA or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or similar is preferred.
- Observe and implement all Bright from the Start rules and regulations.
- Accept responsibility for necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas and playgrounds.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and have
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
- Must meet basic requirements of child care regulatory agency.
- Bus Drivers must have a clean driving record, be CPR/First Aid certified, and have transportation training.
