Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate and versatile teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students, driving a van transporting children, maintaining accurate records, building quality relationships with families, cleaning and organization skills, and meal service helper. The centers hours are 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are needing our new floater to work the later hours the center is open with some mornings coming in earlier. You will need to come to the center to apply. Use lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, respectful atmosphere conducive to learning. Provide individualized support for students, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention. Transport children to safely school and maintain accurate transportation records. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development and classroom activities. Facilitate literacy education and math instruction tailored to the developmental stages of students. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Cleaning and laundry skills are necessary. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Background in early childhood education is highly desirable, but we are willing to accept teachers eager to begin their career. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
