Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and implementing engaging activities aligned with preschool curriculum standards Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive, organized, and safe environment for children Foster literacy and math development through interactive storytelling, number games, and hands-on learning experiences Provide individualized attention and support for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism Help supervise children during daily routines such as snack time, outdoor play, nap time, and transitions between activities Collaborate with teachers on behavior management strategies to promote social-emotional growth and positive interactions among students Maintain clear communication with staff and parents regarding children's progress and classroom events Skills Experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in preschool teaching Proficiency in lesson planning focused on literacy, math, and overall developmental milestones Excellent classroom management skills to foster a respectful and inclusive learning atmosphere Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs, including experience with autism spectrum disorder is a plus Familiarity with Montessori or other child-centered educational approaches is desirable Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with teachers, parents, and support staff Technical proficiency in using educational tools or classroom technology to enhance learning experiences This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to support young learners' growth while developing their own teaching skills.
