In this role, you will lead engaging classroom activities, and foster a safe, and healthy environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and joy. You will empower children to explore their potential through tailored lessons and compassionate guidance, making a meaningful impact on their early development journey. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring an engaging, inclusive environment that caters to toddlers and preschool-aged children. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies that promote social-emotional learning and respect among children. Plan and execute lesson plans aligned with early intervention standards and standardized testing requirements to monitor progress effectively. Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and early childhood professionals to support individual learning needs and foster strong communication channels. Oversee classroom management duties including maintaining a safe environment, organizing materials, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations. Support children's welfare by implementing best practices in childcare, child safety protocols, and promoting healthy routines for physical and emotional well-being. Requirements Proven experience working with young children with a strong understanding of childhood development stages. Knowledge of strategies, and methods tailored for early learners. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Certification in early childhood education or a related field.
