Job Overview About Little Explorers Learning Hub Little Explorers Learning Hub is a new, DECAL-licensed childcare center opening soon at 2466 Buford Hwy, Duluth, GA 30097. We are building a passionate team of early childhood educators committed to warm, responsive, and developmentally rich care for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. About the Role We are hiring full-time Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our care team for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years. This is a foundational role for someone who understands that for the youngest children, care IS curriculum. You will work across our Infant Room (6 weeks-12 months) and Toddler Room (12-24 months) as part of a collaborative classroom team. Responsibilities Provide individualized, responsive care following each child's feeding, sleep, and play schedule Implement age-appropriate sensory activities, tummy time, and developmental play routines Maintain safe sleep and SIDS prevention protocols at all times Support toddler language development through books, songs, and rich conversation daily Assist with potty training according to family preferences Maintain detailed daily logs (feeding, diapering, naps, milestones) and communicate with families at pickup Keep classroom environment clean, organized, and developmentally stimulating Complete quarterly developmental observations and participate in monthly team meetings Requirements (Georgia DECAL mandated) Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass
