We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and arrives to work on time. Enjoys working as part of a team. Loves caring for infants and helping them reach developmental milestones. Responsibilities Provide a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment. Follow daily classroom schedules and lesson plans. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization. Complete daily classroom documentation. Communicate with parents regarding each child's day. Follow Bright from the Start regulations and Grayson Academy policies. Work as a team to provide the highest quality care for every child. Minimum Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Bright from the Start regulations preferred. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work the full scheduled shift.
