7:45 AM-10:15 AM Responsibilities Supervise children in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment during morning hours. Monitor children's behavior, applying positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect. Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's needs, or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area to ensure a hygienic environment conducive to childhood development. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles. Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies. Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, and team members.
