Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment following health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Follow all mandated reporting laws to document and report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly Support children with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and sensitivity Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans that meet each infant's unique needs Skills Proven experience working with infants in daycare or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, and child safety procedures Familiarity with special education strategies for children with disabilities or developmental delays Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment while maintaining discipline Ability to follow daycare center policies, mandated reporting laws, and health protocols diligently Experience with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child supervision techniques Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism Join us in making a meaningful difference during the most formative years of a child's life!
