Salary based on the applicable State of Georgia Pre-K teacher salary schedule Salary range: $43,592 - $53,741.00 Position Responsibilities The Lead Pre-K Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children enrolled in the Georgia Lottery Pre-K program.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing the Georgia Pre-K curriculum and instructional requirements. Creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities. Providing engaging instruction that supports children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Maintaining a well-organized, positive, and age-appropriate classroom environment. Assessing and documenting children's developmental and educational progress. Maintaining accurate classroom records and required documentation. Communicating professionally and consistently with parents and families. Working collaboratively with the Pre-K assistant teacher and Kids 4 Kompany administration. Following all Bright from the Start/DECAL requirements, policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintaining appropriate classroom ratios, supervision, health, safety, and sanitation standards. Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and required training. Establishing positive relationships with children, families, coworkers, and the community. Qualifications Applicants must meet the State of Georgia requirements for a Lead Teacher in a Georgia Lottery Pre-K classroom .

Ideal candidates will have:

Required education and credentials to serve as a Georgia Lottery Pre-K Lead Teacher. Appropriate Georgia Pre-K certification/approval. Experience working with preschool-aged children.
