Duties:
```
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum to promote early childhood development
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate learning and growth
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for children in accordance with child welfare guidelines
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events ```
Requirements:
```
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Proven experience in literacy education, curriculum development, and lesson planning
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
