Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and comfort Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively in emergencies Support children's emotional needs by offering comfort, reassurance, and positive interactions throughout the day Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood education standards and developmental best practices Requirements Prior experience working with infants or young children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction, behavior management, and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training encouraged Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and professionalism Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives by providing exceptional care grounded in love, safety, and educational excellence.
