HELP BUILD SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY
The Manorcrest Preparatory School is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Assistant Preschool Director to join our leadership team as we launch a premier boutique early learning academy serving children from Infants through Pre-K and After School. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Assistant Director or Curriculum Specialist, who is ready to grow into a key leadership role while helping build an exceptional school from the ground up.
ABOUT MANORCREST
The Manorcrest Preparatory School is a newly designed boutique early learning campus created for families who believe the earliest years deserve the highest standard of education. Every classroom, every learning studio, every outdoor space, and every detail has been intentionally designed to create an exceptional experience for children, families, and educators
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily school operations Recruit, onboard, and mentor teachers Coach classroom staff Ensure Georgia DECAL compliance Monitor staffing ratios and safety Assist with enrollment and family tours Support curriculum implementation Maintain administrative records Promote The Manorcrest Method™
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Leadership experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program Experience supervising teachers Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for early childhood education
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate's degree Knowledge of Georgia DECAL regulations CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
