Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales, particularly in high-end and B2B environments. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a seamless experience. The Car Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups, to generate leads and expand the customer base. Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits that align with their needs. Negotiate terms of sale with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing dealership profitability. Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and coordinating with the inventory management team. Provide support in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings effectively. Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer experience post-sale. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Ability to perform retail math calculations related to pricing and financing options. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for automobiles is essential. A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs.
