Your proactive approach and caring nature will help maintain a positive atmosphere, promote childhood development, and provide essential support to lead teachers and caregivers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively educational setting, fostering growth and joy in every child you serve. Responsibilities Assist with classroom management by supporting teachers during activities, transitions, and routines across different age groups Help supervise children during meals, snack times, and outdoor play to ensure safety and proper behavior management Support early childhood development initiatives by engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills Maintain a clean, organized environment by helping with classroom setup, cleanup, and sanitization procedures Respond promptly to children's needs, offering comfort and guidance as part of caregiving duties Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Prepare and distrubute lunches, clean the kitchen area, break teachers for lunch. Certifications such as first aid or CPR are advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications is expected Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining patience and professionalism Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing young minds! Pay:
