Floater/Center Support:
Monday-Friday, scheduled between 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (40 hours) You bring the energy, kindness, professionalism, and dependability—we'll help teach you the rest! Our low classroom ratios allow teachers to build meaningful relationships and provide engaging, supportive care. Responsibilities Be available for the schedule listed above Care for and engage with children from birth to 12 years old Follow lesson plans based on GELDS and Discovery Point's curriculum Communicate professionally with families and management Work cooperatively with other teachers Maintain a clean, organized, high-quality learning environment Qualifications Experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred High school diploma required CDA, TCC/TCD, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education—or willingness to enroll within the first six months Quality Rated experience is a plus The right candidate will be cheerful, loving, organized, creative, punctual, flexible, and wonderful with children.
