Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Teach basic academic skills, such as letter recognition, counting, and shapes.
• Incorporate hands-on learning experiences to promote cognitive development.
• Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance.
• Encourage physical activity through games, outdoor play, and physical education.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with tutoring techniques for math and other subjects.
• Understanding of child welfare guidelines and best practices in daycare settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage young learners.
