Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this vital role, you will create dynamic lesson plans, implement developmentally appropriate activities, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for early childhood development, ensuring each child feels valued, safe, and excited to learn. Duties Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective classroom management techniques. Facilitate early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays, collaborating with specialists as needed. Conduct child development assessments to monitor progress and tailor instruction to individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and classroom activities to foster strong partnerships. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR procedures. Document student achievements using standardized testing methods and keep detailed records of lesson plans and student progress. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings. Knowledge of child development principles, childhood education best practices, and behavior management techniques. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and child welfare standards. Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and working with toddlers or young children with special needs. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is essential. Prior experience in private schools or similar educational environments is preferred. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations while demonstrating patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
