The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative curriculum development skills, and a passion for childhood development. You will work closely with the Childcare Director to oversee daily operations, foster staff excellence, and uphold educational standards aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Duties Assist in developing and implementing innovative curricula that promote holistic childhood development across early learning stages. Support strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and improve operational efficiency. Manage budgets effectively as part of the executive education team, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation aligned with program goals. Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff; facilitate professional development sessions to elevate instructional practices. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, legal standards—including special education law—and health and safety policies. Lead faculty evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement in instructional leadership. Collaborate on fundraising efforts to secure resources that support program growth and innovation. Oversee school administrative functions such as enrollment management, record keeping, and parent communication to ensure smooth daily operations. Facilitate team meetings and public speaking engagements to promote program achievements and community engagement. Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development tailored for K-12 or early childhood education settings. Proven leadership in managing teams within educational environments; capable of supervising diverse staff members effectively. Strong background in educational administration with expertise in budgeting, personnel management, and strategic planning. Deep understanding of legal requirements related to school operation, including special education law and educational compliance standards. Skilled in faculty evaluation, instructional leadership, and facilitating professional development initiatives for school staff. Experience working with students across age groups; passionate about childhood development and early education best practices. Excellent public speaking abilities complemented by strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities seamlessly.
