Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and support children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities. Maintain classroom health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with center staff to enhance programs and activities. Implement positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning. Participate in professional development and training sessions.
