Location:
Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA We are seeking a Hospital Maintenance Painter, sometimes referred to as a Facilities Painter. The Hospital Maintenance Painter will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you'll perform painting, wall repairs, and surface preparation throughout the hospital while following safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Prepare, patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces. Perform drywall repairs, touch-ups, and routine cosmetic maintenance throughout the facility. Match paint colors and finish to maintain a consistent, professional appearance. Follow hospital safety, infection-prevention, and work-area cleanliness requirements. Work collaboratively with the Facilities team while minimizing disruption to patients and hospital operations. Qualifications Qualifications Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints. Valid current state driver's license Minimum 0-1 years healthcare experience preferred.
