The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for students. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young learners. ## Responsibilities- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Work with students, including those with autism, to support their individual needs
- Help develop and implement curriculum that promotes literacy education
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Provide childcare assistance during school hours ## Skills
- Experience in a private school, daycare, or early childhood education setting is preferred
- Ability to work with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents effectively
- Knowledge of curriculum development and classroom support techniques
- Passion for working in a classroom environment and supporting children's educational needs
