Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
• Monitor and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records

Skills:

• Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Knowledge of infant care practices and experience working with young children
• Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
• Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or babysitting is a plus
• Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages and backgrounds
