Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall educational experience. Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child, providing feedback and support as needed. Utilize Montessori methods and principles to guide children in their learning journey. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. Requirements Proven experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting. Strong understanding of child welfare practices and toddler care techniques. Familiarity with Montessori methods is preferred but not required. Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles. Ability to create engaging curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for teaching young children. Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
