  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and grow while ensuring their safety and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the foundational years of a child's life through innovative teaching strategies and compassionate care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills. Provide attentive toddler care by supporting their daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques. Engage children in educational activities that incorporate physical education, and sensory play to enhance cognitive and motor skills. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, milestones, and any special education or early intervention needs. Maintain detailed documentation of each child's development using standardized testing tools when applicable. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and child welfare policies at all times. Qualifications Prior classroom experience working with infants and toddlers in daycare or preschool settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education strategies, and early intervention practices. Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tailored for early childhood education. Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education techniques, and teaching physical education activities is preferred. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to child welfare and educational excellence.
