Job Summary Hampton Inn is hiring a dependable maintenance technician. Mechanically inclined, good troubleshooting. Construction or maintenance background preferred.
Responsibilities:
guest room repairs, basic plumbing, toilets, drains, faucets, light electrical, PTAC troubleshooting, painting, caulking, pool and property checks. Must be reliable, able to work independently, professional around guests. Send your name, phone, experience, availability. Duties Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. (Youtube and AI) Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance across various mechanical systems. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Construction experience is a plus for understanding building infrastructure. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. support team collaboration and problem-solving under pressure.
