Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Preschool Teachers to join our team at a vibrant private Preschool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students, helping them develop foundational skills through creative lesson planning and interactive activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Educate and engage students through hands-on activities, storytelling, and play-based learning. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events. Requirements Early Childhood Education experience or related field is preferred. Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development. Ability to create engaging educational experiences tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. A passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is crucial for success in this role.
