Location:
Atlanta, Sandy Springs, and surrounding areas Are you an enthusiastic, Jewish (or "Jew-ish"!) musician with a big personality? Do you love singing with kids and families? Then you might be a great fit to join us. Tkiya is looking for an educator to lead preschool and family music programs in Atlanta and Sandy Springs on weekday mornings between 10-1, and religious school music on Sunday mornings. There are also Friday and Saturday afternoon programs on occasion. Once we find the right candidate and confirm availability, there is lots of room to add more to this role. Tkiya provides a lot of training and structure, so you do not need a lot of experience for this role, but rather an engaging personality and eagerness to learn. You must have some basic guitar or ukulele skills. Tkiya creates Jewish music experiences to help people of all ages find their unique connection to Jewish culture and connection. We work primarily with families and children ages 0-5 as well as school age children, senior citizens, and more. We partner with more than 100 communities across the country including synagogues, JCCs, PJ Library, and other organizations.
