Job Summary Preschool is seeking committed and enthusiastic early childhood professionals, who are passionate about supporting early growth and learning in a faith-based environment. Immediate opportunities are available for full-time Lead Teachers in our Infant and Toddler Programs. Must be able to support and demonstrate an understanding of early childhood care, development, and education; while fostering an early learning environment. Mature, experienced individuals only need apply. Successful candidates will possess the following: An Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, CDA, TCC, or Paraprofessional Certificate, with 6 months or more of professional childcare experience considered; A Bachelor's Degree in another area with 6 months or more childcare experience considered Personal work characteristics including a positive attitude, dependability, flexibility, ability to multi-task, plan and organize Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
