Job Overview Lillie's Lil Lamb Daycare and Learning Center is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Georgia Lottery
PRE-K LEAD
Teacher. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom where children develop the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond. If you are dedicated to early childhood education and helping every child succeed, we encourage you to apply. Duties Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities following the Georgia Lottery Pre-K Operation Guidance. Create a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment that supports learning and positive behavior. Observe and assess children's developmental progress, documenting milestones and preparing reports as required utilizing Work Sampling Online (WSO). Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children, including those who may need extra support. Ensure compliance with all Bright from The Start and Center policies and regulations. Participate in required training and professional development to stay current with early childhood best practices. Qualifications for
Georgia Lottery LEAD Pre-K Teacher:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Birth Through Kindergarten, or a closely related field. OR Non-ECE Bachelor's degree or higher with one of the following approved ECE credentials: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Technical College Diploma (TCD) in ECE Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in ECE Montessori Diploma (from accredited MACTE affiliate) Valid Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (issued by Council for Professional Recognition) OR Valid Georgia teaching certificate (T4, T5, T6, T7) in one of the following fields: Elementary Education (P-5) Birth Through Kindergarten Special Education General Curriculum (P-5) Special Education Preschool (ages 3-5) ESOL (valid through 2026-2027 School Year. $41,717.00 - $83,480.00 per year
