Preschool Teacher Regular duties and responsibilities include: Providing engaging and challenging instruction in the content area assigned Using a variety of instructional strategies for students with different learning styles and needs Creating and posting lesson plans on a consistent basis Communicating with parents to inform them of student progress, including written, phone, or face to face conferencing as needed Participating in meaningful professional development opportunities as coordinated by the CCS Administrative Team Attending, supporting or sponsoring extracurricular activities as assigned Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administrative Team Physical requirements include: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to clearly communicate with students, parents, and staff Ability to travel to and from the workplace Required qualifications include: Belief in Jesus Christ and status as saved Christian in accordance with the Christian faith and the mission of CCS High School Diploma or higher in Early Education Ability to effectively communicate (written, oral) in standard English Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree, preferred Previous experience in field Benefits include Competitive compensation for private schools in this area 401 K plan Health and medical plan Paid leave, along with breaks during the school year for holidays Tuition discounts for employees who enroll their children at
