Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the growth and development of each child. The Teacher will be responsible for implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and supporting the individual needs of students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Assess and monitor student progress through standardized testing and individualized evaluations. Provide support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to promote child welfare and development. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with families regarding their child's progress. Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education into daily activities. Create a safe and nurturing space for toddlers, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with children in various educational settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Ability to provide tutoring support in literacy, math, or other subjects as needed. A commitment to ongoing professional development in teaching practices.
