What We Do Position:
Early Childhood Teacher Pay Rate:
Starting from $11.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Medical Dental Vision 401K/401K Matching Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Dedicated Teacher Training Days Requirements The Toddler Teacher is responsible for coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed.
Minimum Qualifications:
CDA, TCC, and ECE credits to qualify for Lead Teacher Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE preferred
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and implementing educational curriculum Establish and maintain an environment for children that is clean, safe, stimulating, and appropriate for each child's developmental level. Meet and maintain licensing requirements for ratio. Interacts with children in accordance with developmentally appropriate practices.
