Toddler Teacher Pay Rate:

Starting from $11.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed.

Minimum Qualifications:

CDA, TCC, and ECE credits to qualify for Lead Teacher Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE preferred

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and implementing educational curriculum Establish and maintain an environment for children that is clean, safe, stimulating, and appropriate for each child's developmental level. Meet and maintain licensing requirements for ratio. Interacts with children in accordance with developmentally appropriate practices.
