Full-Time / Part-Time About Us Ready Set Go Early Learning Center is a warm and nurturing childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. We serve children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and welcome children from all ethnic backgrounds in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Our goal is to foster the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of every child while building strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Provide daily care, supervision, and age-appropriate support for children of diverse ages and backgrounds. Support children's growth in motor, social, language, cognitive, emotional, and creative skills through engaging activities. Create and maintain a safe, clean, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to play and learn. Build respectful and positive relationships with children, families, staff, and visitors. Partner with parents and families to ensure the best possible care and education for their children. Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable state licensing requirements and center policies. Follow health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures at all times. Collaborate with coworkers, community contacts, and families to support a positive learning environment. Respond appropriately to children's individual needs while maintaining a calm, patient, and professional demeanor. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare or early childhood education experience required; 5-10+ years of experience strongly preferred. Must be a seasoned, dependable, and experienced childcare professional with a strong understanding of child development and classroom management. Current CPR and First Aid certification required, including certification for both adults and infants/children. CDA Credential or equivalent education and experience in early childhood education/childcare. Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements for childcare providers . Experience working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years is preferred. Passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to create and maintain a safe, positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively with children, parents, families, and coworkers. Compensation Pay is based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and education. Candidates with extensive childcare experience may be eligible for a higher starting rate.
