Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, attendance, and any special needs or concerns. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in preschool education. Potty Training Diapering Posting Pictures in the app Communiciating with parents and peers Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with preschool-aged children, including those with special needs. Ability to provide infant care and toddler care as needed. Excellent communication skills for educating children and interacting with parents or guardians. Proficiency in behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver is a plus. A passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is essential for success in this role.
