• 24 months) room teacher and a floater teacher (infant and big room).

Duties:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a childcare setting which includes feeding, diapering, toileting, and napping
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Encourage positive behavior and good manners
• Help develop age-appropriate activities to provide educational experiences and build socialization skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom or daycare area
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians providing updates on child's progress

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Clear a criminal background check
• Certification in Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training and Essentials Preservice Training (paid training available if completed within first 3 months of employment)
• Certification in infant, child, and adult CPR and First Aid (paid training available if competed within first 3 months of employment)

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, preschool, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies for children ages 6 weeks
• 5 years
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Note:

Babysitting experience may be considered as relevant experience for this position.
