Facilitate early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays in collaboration with specialists. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through meetings and written reports. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure all safety protocols, including first aid and CPR certifications, are up to date. Support children's physical well-being by supervising activities such as outdoor play and physical education classes. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and preschool curriculum development. Experience with special education needs and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external professionals. Familiarity with classroom management tools, lesson planning software, and standardized testing procedures. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in early childhood education or preschool teaching are preferred. Demonstrated ability to create inclusive learning environments that support diverse learners across various developmental stages.
