Full Job Description Hours:
Full time Up to $14 an hour depending on experience The ideal team member would be someone with experience and who possesses the following qualities: Ability to take care of children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years of age A strong sense of professionalism, and ability to communicate with parents, staff, and management Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new things Ability to plan and execute curriculum along with other daily activities Most of all, the ideal candidate would have a passion for educating and caring for children. We are the first educators that these children meet, and we are responsible for engaging their minds and providing them with the love and nurturing that they need for a bright future. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Completing and maintaining DHS required trainings within the required timeframe and following all DHS regulations Supervising and playing children and ensuring their safety Cleaning in the classroom and completing other daily chores Following a daily schedule Creating and implementing lesson plans and activities Completing all daily record keeping Once hired, here is what you can expect: Competitive pay, willing to negotiate depending on experience, and the opportunity for yearly raises Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, no holidays No evenings after 6 PM A fun and upbeat environment #hc261384
