Job Description

This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while working in a supportive and mission-driven community. Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care. Foster positive communication with children, parents, and fellow staff. Organize and lead age-appropriate activities, meals, and routines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, including diapering and handwashing supervision. Provide direct care and support to children, including extended care students. Adhere to all policies and standards set by Scott County Catholic Schools, the Diocese of Davenport, and the Department of Human Services. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Active First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
