Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve engaging with children, providing educational activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day.

Duties:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children
• Supervise indoor and outdoor playtime
• Change diapers and assist with potty training
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children

Requirements:

+At least 16 years old Preferred (but not required to start): +Previous experience caring for children Additional training(s) will be provided in house

Skills:

• Educate children through engaging activities
• Experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
• Knowledge of toddler care best practices
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
• Ability to create a structured and nurturing environment for children
