Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with educational standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and positive behavior. Assess child progress and document observations to inform instruction. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with school staff and Kinder Care colleagues on curriculum and school events. Maintain classroom organization, materials, and cleanliness. Participate in professional development and training. Support individualized learning needs and accommodations. Uphold Kinder Care and school policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
