Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic Full-Time Childcare Teacher to join our team! Our teachers play an important role in creating a safe, loving, and FUN environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children Supervise and interact with children throughout the day Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, crafts, and learning experiences Follow daily classroom schedules and routines Assist with meals, snacks, diapering/toileting, naps, and other daily needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Take daily pictures and assist with documenting children's learning and development Communicate professionally and positively with families Work together with fellow teachers and directors as a team Follow GPLC policies and all applicable childcare licensing requirements We're Looking for Someone Who Is Reliable and dependable Patient, loving, and energetic Comfortable working in a busy, active childcare environment A positive team player Able to communicate well with children, families, and coworkers Excited to help little minds learn and grow!
